Uplighting: $25 per par can $50 per light bar (4hr)
The must have new wedding trend is uplighting! Get in on the action and color coordinate your event space! With LED light fixtures you can match your walls (or any other part of your event space) to your tablecloths, brides maid dresses, or anything else for that matter. The two most common forms of up lighting are LED par cans (provides a column of color) or LED light bars (covers an area with a wash of color). With LED up lighting you can cover a large area or lots of little areas with the color or colors or your choosing and LED means you don't have to worry about your guests accidentally burning themselves because they generate no heat! Event spaces can even change color throughout the night, pulse with the music or do a wide array of patterns! This package can be purchased separately or as an add-on to any event!
Photobooth: $150 per hour (2 hour minimum)
What is the latest thing? The new must have item at events today? Why the photobooth of course! We've taken the idea of a traditional photobooth and opened it up to accommodate up to 15 guests and let everyone in on the action. Our photobooth rental comes standard with props and a prop trunk, your very own photobooth attendant, customizable 2x6 photo strips, unlimited prints during your event, a customizable touch screen interface, choice of booth backdrop, studio quality images, and the best part is you get a digital copy of all the photos taken at your event for later enjoyment! For an additional fee you can also have a photo album made during your event ($75), your photo strips printed on sticker media (so you can stick your strips anywhere)($100), or have the sides of the photobooth printed with whatever you like ($75 per side).
Other cool additional features include: watermarked images (does your day have a hash tag?), the ability to post to social media, the option to email your photo strip to yourself, custom props and signs, boutique backdrops, and the list keeps growing…….
The Premium Wedding Package: $300 per hour
This package is fully loaded to the MAX! Make your wedding reception the envy of even the most hard to empress brides. With a sound system and light show tricked out for around 400 people, the Premium Package is perfect for large venues or brides and grooms that just want to show off. As standard with all of our event packages this package includes all planning sessions, full coordination with all vendors, all emcee or host duties, 1hr of setup and 1hr of tear down, but with this package we throw in an extra hour of setup and tear down because it’s just that awesome! In addition the Premium Package boasts 12 dance floor lights, 2 wireless microphones, 4 300watt powered speakers, 2 500watt powered subs and inputs for a DVD/MP3/IPOD or any other audio device. The Elite Wedding Package: $250 per hour (Most Popular!)
This package has all the bells and whistles for an outstanding wedding reception! With a 2 speaker and 1 subwoofer sound system and 6 fixture light show suited for around 250 people, The Elite Wedding Package is perfect for most venues. As standard with all of our event packages this package includes all planning sessions, full coordination with all vendors, all emcee or host duties, 1hr of setup and 1hr of tear down. In addition The Elite Wedding Package offers, 2 wireless microphones, and inputs for a DVD/MP3/IPOD or any other audio device. 6 free uplights are also included in this package!
The Essentials Wedding Package: $200 per hour
This package has all the essentials needed to provide quality sound for your wedding reception. With a 2 speaker sound system and small light show, The Essentials Wedding Package is perfect for smaller, more intimate venues. As standard with all of our event packages this package includes all planning sessions, full coordination with all vendors, all emcee or host duties, 1hr of setup and 1hr of tear down. Equipment includes 6 dance floor lights, 2 wired microphones, and inputs for a DVD/MP3/IPOD or any other audio device. Some restrictions may apply
Wedding Ceremony Package: $300 (1hr)
To insure your guests hear every word consider the Wedding Ceremony Package. This package has everything you need for a beautiful outdoor or indoor wedding ceremony and can be booked in conjunction with any of our wedding reception packages. Included in this package is 30 minutes of Prelude music of your choosing, 1 headset or lapel microphone for the officiant, 1 lapel microphone for the groom, 1 speaker sound system, all ceremony music, and all recessional music. A wireless microphone on a stand may be added for a reader ($50) and we can accommodate sound reinforcement for additional musicians if necessary (prices vary).
